Admissions are open all year round — spaces are limited and enrolment is based on availability in the grade required.
Apply Early — Spaces Are Limited
Applications are accepted throughout the year, but due to limited space parents are encouraged to make applications as early as possible in the previous year.
Assessments aid educators with determining learners' grade-level placement, designing specialised instruction, and setting learning goals.
Admission assessments are conducted throughout the year, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 9:30am. No assessments are conducted in the afternoon.

Please have the following documents ready when submitting your child's application form.
- Copy of the child's birth certificate
- Copies of parents' IDs
- One passport-size photo attached to the front page of the form
- Registration & Development Levy (once-off, first-time registrations only)
- Copy of the child's latest academic report
- Transfer letter from the previous school (once admitted)

Preschool Campus — Metsimotlhabe
For our littlest Eagles (early years). Tuition BWP 9,550 per term; registration BWP 400 and development levy BWP 2,500 (both once-off).
Pre-Primary application forms are available on request from the campus office — we'll gladly help you complete it during your tour.
Pre & Primary Campus — Phakalane
Standard 1 to Standard 7 (PSLE pathway). Tuition BWP 13,500 per term; registration BWP 400 and development levy BWP 2,500 (both once-off); book levy BWP 500 per term.
NB: annual fees for Standard 7 are paid in 2 terms.
Secondary Campus — Phakalane
Cambridge IGCSE, Forms 1–5. Tuition BWP 16,800 (Forms 1–2) or BWP 18,000 (Forms 3–5) per term; registration BWP 700 and entrance fee BWP 5,000 (both once-off); text book levy BWP 2,500 per annum.
NB: annual fees for Form 5 are paid in 2 terms. Choose the form matching your child's entry level.
A Level Campus — Phakalane New
Cambridge International AS & A Levels — founding 2027 cohort. Enrolment is by registration of interest; our admissions team will guide subject selection at interview.
Fees for the A Level programme are communicated on enquiry.
